Sector-Wise Expenditure Breakdown
- Agriculture Development:
- Out of the allocated ₹1,85,000 for vegetable cultivation development, ₹85,000 was utilized.
- For the comprehensive paddy production development project, ₹8,10,226 was spent against an allocated fund of ₹36,00,000.
- Animal Husbandry & Dairy:
- Projects included building cattle sheds, poultry distribution, and procuring medicines for veterinary hospitals.
- For the poultry distribution scheme, ₹1,50,300 was spent from the budgeted ₹1,80,000.
- The entire allocated amount of ₹99,997 was fully utilized for purchasing veterinary medicines.
- Health & Social Welfare:
- Out of the ₹3,50,000 set aside for pain and palliative care, ₹2,87,911 was spent.
- The nutrition program for Anganwadi children achieved a high utilization rate, spending ₹16,28,449 out of the allocated ₹16,50,000.
- Financial assistance and wheelchairs were provided to support the education and mobility of children with physical and mental disabilities.
- Housing & Renovation:
- Financial aid for house construction and renovation was provided to SC/ST and general category beneficiaries through schemes like IAY and EMS Housing.
- Around ₹10,50,000 was utilized from the budgeted ₹12,00,000 for general category house maintenance.
- Infrastructure & Roads:
- Funds were spent on road metalling, tarring, concrete work, and general road repairs across various wards using own funds and development grants.
- The total allocated fund of ₹19,94,530 was fully utilized for wage payments under the MGNREGS (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme).
- Additional funds were spent on constructing side protection walls and drainage systems.
