Sector-Wise Key Projects and Performance

1. Agriculture Development (Development & Own Fund)

  • Comprehensive Paddy Development: Out of the allocated budget of ₹3,500,000, a total of ₹3,370,301 was utilized to complete the project successfully.
  • Grow Bag Vegetable Cultivation (Women): ₹524,000 was spent out of the ₹600,000 allocated for women-centric vegetable farming.
  • Fallow Land Farming: Paddy and vegetable cultivation on fallow lands, sapling distribution, and ginger/turmeric farming were either fully or partially executed.

2. Dairy Development & Animal Husbandry

  • Milch Cow Distribution: ₹525,000 was spent out of the total outlay of ₹1,200,000.
  • Other Initiatives: Male buffalo calf distribution (₹540,000 spent), goat distribution, procurement of medicines for veterinary hospitals, and street dog sterilization (ABC Program - ₹210,000 fully spent) were completed.

3. Health Sector (PHC / CHC)

  • Pain & Palliative Care: ₹620,567 was utilized out of the ₹700,000 set aside for patient care.
  • Epidemic Control: ₹176,463 was spent from the allocated budget of ₹300,000.

4. Housing & LIFE Mission (Village Extension Officer)

  • LIFE Mission (General): ₹5,540,000 was utilized out of ₹6,919,800 to complete housing construction.
  • LIFE Mission (SC/ST): Housing projects for SC/ST categories were completed using local body funds alongside Block/District Panchayat shares.
  • House Maintenance & Repair: ₹2,075,000 was spent out of the allocated ₹2,400,000.

5. Child Development & Social Welfare (ICDS)

  • Nutrition Supply: ₹1,849,153 was spent out of ₹2,200,000 for supplementary nutrition in Anganwadis.
  • Welfare Programs: Scholarships for children with disabilities, Anuyatra schemes, cot distribution for senior citizens, and assistive devices for individuals with special needs were implemented.

6. Infrastructure Development (Assistant Engineer)

  • Concrete road laying, road metalling, drainage, retaining wall construction, and Anganwadi building construction across various wards showed high expenditure and completion rates.
